Back breaking
God I find working out frustrating. Whenever I get into it I always seem to pick up an injury, my knee, my ribs, my calves and most regularly my back. What is it about me that makes me fall over every few weeks? I’m 29 but I seem to have the bones of an 80 year old. There’s only one solution…..
